How to Make a Pimms Cup
My Extra Special Pimm’s Cup Recipe
This classic British cocktail is my absolute favorite summer drink. My guests are often surprised when I offer them my signature house cocktail, but it’s a hit every single time. There’s a reason this drink has been around since 1823!
Having to scroll through a novel-length saga before getting to the actual recipe is one of my biggest pet peeves, so I’ve done us all a favor and just laid out the recipe plain and simple for you.
Cheers!
Ingredients
Makes 1 cocktail, multiply by number of guests to make a pitcher
2 oz Pimms
1 oz Dry Vermouth (I use Dolin’s)
2 drops Angostura Bitters
3 oz Tonic Water
Thinly sliced Cucumber
Mint Leaves
Muddled Raspberries or thinly sliced Strawberries
Lemon slice, for garnish
Steps
Pour the Pimm’s, Vermouth, Bitters and Tonic in a mixer with ice
Pour over ice into a glass
- Use a short glass for muddled fruit
- Use a wine glass or goblet for sliced fruit
- Use a pitcher for group serving

Top with mint and and lemon
It’s THAT easy!
